These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 111cx platform, including all gaming products, financial transactions, bonuses, and support services. Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 111cx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including the use of another person's identity documents — is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. 111cx reserves the right to void all winnings and forfeit all balances associated with accounts found to have been registered using fraudulent information.
Each player is permitted to maintain one and only one registered account on 111cx. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 111cx will suspend all associated accounts, void pending withdrawals, and forfeit all balances across those accounts.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. 111cx will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through a player's account — regardless of whether it was authorised by the player — is the player's responsibility unless 111cx is notified of a breach promptly.
If you suspect that your 111cx account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 111cx support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. 111cx will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. 111cx accepts no liability for losses resulting from delayed notification of unauthorised account access.
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 111cx reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts following advance written notice to the registered email address. Where an inactivity fee results in a zero balance, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by contacting support.
111cx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to someone other than the registered 111cx account holder — are prohibited and will result in reversal of funds and potential account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the 111cx platform and are subject to change.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon with the 111cx compliance team. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 111cx reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds as required under anti-money laundering obligations.

The 111cx platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its primary and default currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and promotional amounts are displayed and settled in PKR. Where cryptocurrency is used for deposit, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit transaction is confirmed on-chain.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and referral rewards offered by 111cx are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general provisions apply.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of those funds or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are calculated on bonus amounts only, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion.
111cx employs automated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; low-risk or hedge betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
All casino games available on 111cx — including slots, live casino tables, and instant games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure compliance with fairness standards. 111cx does not manipulate game outcomes and does not alter RTP settings on a per-player basis.
111cx offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, international football, UFC, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. 111cx reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing is suspected, or where market data indicates an integrity concern. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance as cash.
Bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies for each sport. In cases of dispute regarding the outcome of an event, 111cx may delay settlement pending official confirmation. The 111cx trading team's decision on bet settlement is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game delivery, connectivity, or settlement, 111cx reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. 111cx accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside our direct control, including failures of third-party game providers or network infrastructure.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 111cx platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and is immediately revoked upon account suspension or termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111cx, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
111cx's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 111cx account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that the outcome of all games and betting markets on 111cx is determined by chance. 111cx does not guarantee any winnings. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.

Players agree to resolve disputes with 111cx on an individual basis only. Nothing in these Terms constitutes consent to participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative complaint against 111cx.
111cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe, or where continued operation of the account would expose 111cx to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (net of pending bonus requirements and any amounts subject to withholding under AML obligations) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding compliance checks.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 111cx support. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111cx holds its international gaming license. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under the applicable governing law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Players acknowledge that 111cx operates internationally and that the governing law applicable to this Agreement may differ from the domestic law of the player's country of residence. Use of the 111cx platform constitutes acceptance of this governing law arrangement.
